CIY MIX (Current 5th, 6th, and 7th graders)

June 19th - June 23rd, 2018

CIY MIX is an event for students currently in grades 5, 6, and 7. We will be attending June 19-23 at Country Lake Camp ( in southern IN.

MIX is a four-day summer event specifically designed for students in sixth, seventh and eighth grades. It is intentionally crafted in ways that will engage middle school students through tactile, interactive and fun activities coupled with Bible-based teaching and small group interaction.

MIX is an event that understands middle school students need their own experience. This age group is at a unique time in their lives – they’re growing and learning differently than any other age group. They’re still young enough to need to play, but old enough to start understanding some core ideas that will stay with them the rest of their lives. For this reason, MIX isn’t designed for high school students, or for preteens. It’s specifically designed for sixth, seventh and eighth-grade students – it’s their chance to be exactly who they are: to play, listen and learn as themselves.

It’s also created for adult leaders to build relationships with students that will last long after the MIX experience. At MIX, your students will come to understand their identity in God’s Kingdom and be challenged to embrace the Kingdom work He has prepared for them.

CIY MOVE 2018 (Current 8th thru 12th graders)

June 25th - June 30th, 2018

Cost $274 before March 4th. After March 4th the cost is $324
All payments are due by May 6th.
A $50 deposit is due when registering.

Located on college campuses across the nation, MOVE provides a program for 30,000 high school students every summer. Students are challenged through intense, interactive worship, dynamic preaching, small group study and community building.

Students at MOVE not only learn and worship together – they spend quality time with their church youth groups, discovering ways that God will use them to impact the world.

MOVE is more than just another conference or camp – it’s an experience! It’s an all-inclusive event providing food, lodging, recreational activities and an amazing program. Adult leaders are provided small group materials prior to the event, and then meet with CIY staff each morning to go over each day’s lesson. And MOVE curriculum is made available to all groups after the event. This includes curriculum that will take your students deeper into MOVE’s theme for four more weeks.

MOVE is committed to helping students take their mountaintop experiences beyond the event by challenging them to become Kingdom workers. To encourage that commitment, each student has the opportunity to open a Kingdom worker card on the last day of MOVE. On that card is a challenge to complete something over the next year, no matter how difficult the task.

Senior Trip 2018 (Class of 2018)

July 30th - August 10th, 2018

Join us this July for an unforgettable journey across the country marked by discipleship, adventure, relationship, and challenge. 2018 marks our 13th Senior Trip experience in which we as a church walk through the transition between high school and what's next with students in a very unique way. Throughout the journey we'll adventure through 4 National Parks (Badlands, Devil's Tower, Yellowstone, & Grand Teton), where we'll behold the beauty of God's creation in ways that many graduates have never experienced before. As we do, we'll tackle some tough topics, wrestle with our identity in Christ, share in deep conversation, pray, read scripture, worship, and just be still.

The cost for the trip includes all meals, transportation, and entrance and activity fees for the entire 12 day excursion. There are some modest outdoor gear requirements needed; like a sleeping bag, hiking boots, etc... but most necessary technical gear will be provided (tents, backpacks, bear spray, etc...).
